All our scheduled cleaning are not based on an hourly rate but instead based on what needs to be completed in the cleaning. We believe that a properly cleaned home is more important then watching the clock and rushing to complete the job within the time quoted like other cleaning companies do. However we still offer the option of hourly cleaning if you prefer to book by time rather then by the job.
Flexible Scheduling
All of your bookings are 100% flexible. Choose a date and start time window that works for you and if something needs to change, update your booking online or give us a call. Make changes to your date, start time or simply cancel your booking free of charge anytime over 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can also make changes to your date and start time anytime prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty. We would rather reschedule your appointment then have you upset because you were charged for a service you did not receive.

Completing your cleaning to the highest standard of cleanliness is our top priority. At the time of booking we take note of everything that needs to be done at your cleaning appointment. On the date of your cleaning, we will show up within the scheduled start time window and be fully equipped with all the tools and supplies needed to complete the job. After a walkthrough of your home with you, we will get right to work doing a detailed cleaning of everything required.
Customer Service
Our client service team is available by phone, text or e-mail whenever you need us. Our team will send out reminder text and/or e-mails to you prior to your appointment with details of your cleaning. We try to keep the same Home Cleaning Specialist matched with the same client for regularly scheduled cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).
Service Area
We are currently serving Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission and Aldergrove areas. We have plans on expanding to Fraser Valley West and Ridge Meadows area in the future, unfortunately we are not able to take on clients in those area just yet. Please check back in the future as we have plans of helping out families in these area soon.

We also offer move in/move out cleans and staging cleaning service to help sell your home.
Because cleaning is what we do we help come up with recommendations to keep your environment clean; we could also identify the source of persistent hygiene challenges and come up with recommendations to solve those challenges.
